At Lawndale Veterinary Hospital, you can expect state of the art medical care for your four-legged companions. We require a $25 deposit for all new client appointments.  Deposit is required at time of booking and will go towards the first visit.

Client’s Responsibilities:

As a client of Lawndale Veterinary Hospital, you are responsible for:

Providing all requested health information about your pet(s). 

Reading and understanding any consent forms and estimates that you sign.  

Asking questions if you do not understand information provided to you.  

Accepting the financial obligations agreed to when your pet is seen in our hospital. 

Arriving on time for your scheduled appointments or calling ahead if you are running late or are unable to make it to your appointments. 

Observing the policies and procedures of our facility, including appointment times, cancellation policies, and payment policies. 

Ensuring you’re not under the influence of alcohol or other substances during your time here at Lawndale Veterinary Hospital and are able to provide consent and make decisions. 

Being involved in your pet’s condition from diagnosis to treatment and following the instructions you received for care of your pet at home. 

Informing us immediately if you change your mind about any tests to which you previously consented. 

Advising us if you have any concerns or are dissatisfied in any way.  

Being considerate of clients whose pets receive care at Lawndale Veterinary Hospital. 

Treating every member of our team with respect.
